we’re so excited to invite you into our world to celebrate the things we love about our lives together. we’re planning an opulent evening of campy fun in 4 acts with the team at house of yes. there’ll be drinks, food, performances, dancing and bopping all night with all the people we love (unless you can’t make it, which would actually be so sad.)

we’re calling it the love bop ball because it’s fun and also we do exclusively call each other “bop” in our daily lives but that’s definitely news to you because we have actually never done that in front of another soul because we firmly believe that couple behavior is so embarrassing. anyway please come to our wedding.

here’s the thing: kevin essentially had a fullblown meltdown before sending the invitations due to fear that we would confuse and scare everyone with the kooky crazy language we chose for dramatic flair, so, uhh… it’s a wedding, dear. DRESS UP!

ultimately dress for a wedding but we just want everyone to be encouraged to have some cheeky fun and take the opportunity to turn a look you don’t feel like you’d wear anywhere else. make it formal with a little wink of whimsy, why not. dress like it’s your world tour, like you’re a muppet at the met gala, a real housewive at the reunion. there are no rules, just look fancy as fuck and have fun. if you think you’re doing too much, do more.

or if this is confusing and scaring you (as the fear that crippled kev foretold) then dress like it’s a wedding because it quite literally is.
